At Bellevue Beauty we pride ourselves on exceptional service and offer of a wide range of high quality products and treatments. We encourage both our male and our female clientele to try out all of the treatments on our salon menu.

 

Gift Vouchers

Customised Bellevue Beauty gift vouchers are available for all of our salon services to a value of your choice. Our gift vouchers are valid for six (6) months from purchase date. Gift vouchers can be arranged by phone, fax, email, or in person and can be gift wrapped and delivered by post if requested. When booking, please let us know if you have a gift voucher in case special conditions apply and remember to present your certificate prior to your treatment.

Please note that gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase products.

 

Bookings

Bookings are essential for all services. To secure an appointment that exceeds an hour, you may be asked to provide credit card details or pay a 50% deposit of the treatment value.

 

Arrival Time

To get the most out of your appointment with us, we advise that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time so you can change into the appropriate attire and relax before your treatment.
A late arrival will lessen the time the therapist can spend with you but will still incur the full payment. Please phone and let us know if you are running late.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We run a busy salon. As such, we request 24 hours’ notice of appointment cancellations or rescheduling, otherwise a fee of 50% of the treatment charge may apply. No-shows will be charged at the full price of the missed appointment.

 

Etiquette

Please ensure that your mobile phone is switched off prior to entering the beauty treatment rooms.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and EFTPOS for all services.
